Too many San Francisco residents are unaware of the very city programs designed to help them. Whether that’s free museum access, relief from punishing fines and fees, or children’s savings accounts. The hard part isn’t reaching people, it’s communicating in a way that’s authentic and relatable across San Francisco’s incredibly diverse communities. TTX needed a long-term communications partner who could deliver sustained, integrated outreach that speaks to residents in their own languages and contexts, building real public awareness of the resources already available to them.
As TTX’s long-standing communications agency of record, D&A has led integrated campaigns across multiple initiatives. For SF Museums for All, we facilitated community listening sessions and launched the “Free Family Fun” campaign — a mix of paid media and in-language materials in English, Spanish, and Chinese. For Fine & Fee Reform, we produced 40+ multilingual ad assets to reach low-income residents about city fee relief programs. For Kindergarten to College (K2C), we led a full brand identity refresh grounded in community listening sessions — designing a new logo and visual identity system now used across City platforms, launched at a 10-year anniversary event attended by Governor Newsom and Mayor Breed. D&A also supported the merger of the Office of Financial Empowerment and the Financial Justice Project with brand development, website design, and collateral for the newly created Economic Justice Center.
